New hires bring significant experience in technology to their new roles at Performance Improvement Partners.

(PRWEB) May 08, 2018 — Performance Improvement Partners, the leading provider of IT solutions exclusively serving the Private Equity industry, is pleased to announce the addition of three outstanding team members, Joe Zappala, Vice President of Business Development, Lee Shull, Vice President of Service Delivery and Cameron Morris, Director of Business Development.

Joe’s career focus has been sales and business development in both the financial and technology sectors. He will be building new Private Equity client relationships in his role at PIP. Most recently, Joe worked with a start-up software company where he managed the sales team and developed the company’s go-to-market strategy for the enterprise product line. Joe played four years of college hockey with nearby Yale University and continued his career professionally for four years after graduation.

In his new role as VP of Service Delivery, Lee will be responsible for monitoring projects and delivery resources to ensure the quality and timeliness of services. Lee has over 20 years’ experience in technology, both hands-on and managing delivery teams. In his spare time, Lee enjoys outdoor activities and is the Founder and Executive Director of Sodina, a project within The Avielle Foundation (TAF), an organization named in honor of Avielle Rose Richman whose life was taken at Sandy Hook Elementary school. Sodina’s mission is to prevent violence and build compassion through neuroscience research, community engagement, and education.

Cameron brings 10 years of sales and business development experience to PIP with a strong background in technology. Cameron will be working with PIP’s clients to ensure their IT needs are met. Over the past 6 years, Cameron has volunteered leading educational tour groups of young professionals in Israel and the Middle East.
