Tom is an IT leader who has been solving business problems with technology innovation for over 30 years. He has extensive experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions across multiple industries, including manufacturing, distribution, advertising & media, consumer products, and aerospace & defense.
His in-depth expertise has enabled him to successfully lead numerous technology initiatives, including multiple software evaluation and selection projects, the evaluation and implementation of a complete digital commerce, ERP, and warehouse management system for a mid-market consumer products company, and the development of an IT roadmap, software selection and implementation of NetSuite ERP/ecommerce solution for a high-tech manufacturing company.
Tom’s experience in mergers and acquisitions includes IT integration analysis, onboarding strategies, decoupling activities, TSA recommendations, short term transition strategy, and implementing long term integrations.
Prior to joining PIP, Tom held leadership roles at numerous consulting firms, including CherryRoad Technologies, where he focused exclusively on ERP and supply chain solutions.
