In his role of Vice President, Transformation Advisory, Tom is responsible for leading technology transformation advisory with a focus on value driven outcomes oriented to cost reduction and earnings growth.
Prior to Performance Improvement Partners, Tom was a Managing Director at Accenture. He is a value-focused and results-driven Consulting Executive, seamlessly bridging technology and business outcomes throughout the client engagement cycle. Proficient in relationship cultivation, transformation execution, precise delivery, consulting, strategy, and sustainable operations, he collaborates to address business challenges using technology for sales, internal and external account growth, automation, enhanced customer experiences, and system reliability. As a global leader, Tom drives technology and business operation transformations across various industries, including Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Utilities. He has worked and resided in multiple locations, spanning the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
Tom graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
