As Senior Director, Delivery Management & Solutions Architecture, Randy manages delivery projects that drive technology-driven business solutions for both Private Equity firms and portfolio companies.
With over 30 years of experience as both a consultant and Director of IT, Randy is an accomplished technology leader with broad experience in directing global enterprise solution teams, leading corporate IT functions, and managing strategic IT programs.
His ability to lead, earn the trust of key stakeholders, quickly adapt to ambiguous and dynamic situations, and collaborate has resulted in a proven track record of helping organizations improve business performance through intelligent investments in technology.
Among other project management roles, Randy’s experience includes leading pre-sales teams to develop compelling transformation solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services industry and directing IT departments in supply chain software and electronics manufacturing.
Prior to joining PIP, Randy led global solution architect teams at Accenture, planning complex technology transformation and outsourcing solutions for companies across a wide range of industries.
Randy earned his BS in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.
