Pradeep has over 18 years of experience in IT strategy, execution, and advisory, guiding businesses through complex technology transformations, mergers & acquisitions, day one & day two support, post-merger integrations, and operations.
He brings core expertise in designing innovative, cost-effective, and user‐centric solutions for private and publicly-traded businesses in a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, insurance, consumer goods, technology, and telecommunications.
Pradeep’s specific experience in mergers and acquisitions includes IT due diligence assessments, post-merger IT consolidation projects for numerous clients with a global IT footprint, and leading post-acquisition transitions, integrations, and separations on both the buy and sell-side.
Additional specialties include CRM deployments, business process transformation, IT solution optimization that minimizes redundancies, IT employee restructuring that improves speed to market and product delivery, cloud strategy, and portfolio optimization.
His work in global expansions includes IT outsourcing as well as delivery model and cost optimization.
Pradeep earned his MS in computer science from MIU and holds an MBA from Notre Dame.
