Phalgun is a technology executive and change agent with over 26 years of consulting, advisory, and M&A experience. His extensive and progressive technology consulting expertise includes M&A strategy, Day 1/100/360 planning, TSA exit, restructuring and cost optimization, digital and technology transformations.
Throughout his career, he has successfully partnered with startup, Private-equity-backed, and Fortune 100 firms to achieve business goals through technology-driven value creation, including large and mid-sized PE firms, such as, Blackstone, KKR, Platinum Equity, Audax, APAX, Warburg, and Gryphon.
His experience in M&A is comprehensive, having led over 100+ complex M&A transactions, 400+ diligences, over 60+ integrations and 40+ carve outs within a wide range of industries. He has worked on both the buy and sell side for companies in the manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, retail, hospitality, finance, and technology industries.
Before joining PIP, Phalgun served various leadership roles at companies including Deloitte, Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), and other boutique consulting firms, in addition to multiple IT leadership and interim management roles – including CIO – at numerous PE-backed companies.
