As Revenue Operations Manager, Natasa is responsible for leading optimization efforts across revenue and sales, in addition to designing and delivering business processes that create operational efficiency.
Prior to joining PIP, Natasa served as the Global Contracts Manager at Forrester (formerly SiriusDecisions), where she partnered with sales, operations, client success, legal, and finance to improve efficiencies by leveraging industry best practices and automation.
Originally from Bosnia, Natasa holds her Bachelor of Science from The University of Banjaluka, and earned her Master of Science in International Management from Manhattanville College.
