Lakshmikanth Duddu (LD) is a Cornell graduate with over 15 years of consulting, strategy, and advisory experience in guiding businesses through complex mergers & acquisitions, day one & day two technology support, post-merger integration, technology transformation, and operations.
LD brings core expertise in designing innovative, cost-effective user‐centric solutions for Private Equity backed and publicly-traded businesses in numerous industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, technology, pharmaceuticals, public sector, and education.
In addition to his experience in mergers and acquisitions, LD has led multiple ERP and BI deployments with budgets ranging from $40 million to $200 million, led and participated in the development of IT roadmaps and cost/benefit analysis projects, and partnered with the C-Suite business leaders at a major insurance company for the global expansion into Manila and India, leading the integration of all business units.
LD holds a BE in Civil Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and an MBA from Cornell University.
