Helder joins Performance Improvement Partners from Cybereason, where he architected and delivered endpoint and ransomware prevention solutions for large enterprise companies. Helder brings extensive information security experience and over 25 years in various IT operations, infrastructure, vendor management, and enterprise cyber risk roles.

He has a passion for helping companies identify cyber risks, build cyber risk remediation programs, and implement cyber risk governance structures, all with the goal of reducing its overall security risk and becoming more proactive in corporate approaches to security.

Helder’s numerous security credentials include a CISSP from ISC2. He serves as a security advisor to PIP’s clients, enabling them to keep security integrated to IT implementation and operations while still executing against innovation and value creation agendas.
