Greg is a key member of the Performance Improvement Partners M&A team and leads the IT Diligence practice.
Prior to joining PIP, Greg worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on IT strategy and mergers and acquisitions for his clients. He brings extensive knowledge in IT operations, due diligence, divestiture and carve-outs, and post-acquisition integrations thanks to over 25 years of experience in a variety IT and consulting roles.
With a passion for project management, operations, and cybersecurity, Greg is a thought leader in the technology industry. He has spoken at numerous conferences on program/project management, application rationalization, and cybersecurity.
Greg is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in manufacturing engineering and computer science. He holds master’s degrees in economics, supply chain management, and finance.
