Ed is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications, energy, and business services industries.
He has an impeccable track record in the software engineering and enterprise architecture domains designing, developing, and operating systems that require high accessibility, reliability, and security, including critical infrastructure for businesses in the telecommunications and energy industries. Ed has created, managed, and integrated hundreds of COTS and custom applications across finance, HR, legal, marketing, and engineering organizations.
Ed’s additional experience in IT strategy, roadmaps, and system integrations includes the design and implementation of the first real-time control room communication system, enabling US electric grid operators to provide over 50 million in savings to consumers every year.
He has served clients ranging from Fortune 20 to 5000 companies, as well as non-profit organizations to design and deliver pragmatic solutions to solve existing issues and mitigating future risks by focusing on outcomes that improve both the employee and customer experience.
Ed holds a BS from Marquette University, an MS from Indiana University, and an MA from Harvard Extension School.
