He also has experience in interim executive leadership for portfolio companies.
Dinesh helps investors achieve business goals through efficient design and execution of technology projects, including multiple aspects of carve-out transactions. His focus on Private Equity firms and portfolio companies helps identify risks and one-time separation costs, develop and negotiate transition service agreements (TSAs), establish separation management offices (SMOs), and start creating value on day one of an acquisition.
