In Britani’s role of People & Culture Manager, she is responsible for Performance Improvement Partner’s all-encompassing employee experience. She works diligently to ensure all employees are set up for success from the moment they join, all through the employee journey, as well as maintains company culture and HR standards.
Prior to joining PIP, Britani has spent the last 8 years under the People Operations/HR umbrella working for various tech startup companies.
Britani graduated from The Illinois Institute of Art with a degree in Fashion Marketing & Management.
