Aaron oversees service delivery for large-scale, complex implementation projects. He brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations maximize the business value of their technology investment.
Aaron’s previous leadership roles include CTO, CIO, CISO, and strategic consultant positions. Experienced across a wide range of industries and with companies of all sizes, Aaron has helped to transform technology groups into high-functioning, business-centric teams able to meet the demands of today’s global economy. In these roles, Aaron restructured organizations, upgraded skills and services and reduced IT and operational expenses by an average of 25%.
Additional experience spans mergers and acquisitions (including an M&A integration blueprint for a $12B global consumer goods company), technology roadmaps and business process transformation, (including a five-year business-aligned technology roadmap for an international company with over two dozen locations), data migration, and ERP readiness assessments.
Aaron also has over 16 years leading cybersecurity and compliance initiatives including auditing, planning, managing, and mitigating cyber risk.
Aaron holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
