Rick is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record for the realization of business value through the execution of large-scale strategic transformations. He is known for building strong teams that design and implement business process and technology solutions that optimize business operations.
At PIP, Rick will develop and oversee the Program Management Office, will establish and refine project management standards, and is creating a project governance framework.
Rick holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Virginia, is Six Sigma trained, is PMP certified, and has deep expertise as a certified Workday Project Manager for Middle and Large enterprises.
