Dan is an enthusiastic, results-oriented, team builder who specializes in managing underperforming IT organizations — both domestic international — and transforming them into a key driver of business growth.
He has over 30 years of diversified information technology experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, business services, B2C eCommerce, retail, and medical research. When leading technology projects, he maintains an emphasis on aligning IT objectives with the organizational strategies while delivering measurable business results.
With his leadership skills and hands-on management style, Dan’s specialties include strategic planning and technology upgrades, data center consolidation, technology transformation, business intelligence and decision support, ERP system selection, implementation and upgrades, B2B and B2C internet applications, and ecommerce solutions.
Dan’s technology experience includes numerous interim CIO roles, where he demonstrated his skills in project management, business process transformation, and strategic technology planning. While leading all aspects of the IT team, restructuring the organization, and upgrading skills and services, Dan was able to reduce IT and operational expenses by over $7.5 million.
Dan holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University.
