Mandeep is an international healthcare technology expert focused on leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance value, maximize profitability, and increase access to affordable healthcare.
She advises healthcare clients on strategic, digital, and transformational initiatives, and has experience in the entire healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers employers, consumers, pharmacies, and durable medical equipment (DME).
Mandeep’s experience includes leading a technology transformation that reduced costs by $160M for a major healthcare company, establishing a national health insurer as the first — worldwide — to integrate claims data with Google Health, creating global expansion strategies, and conducting over 50 pre-acquisition due diligence reviews on healthcare acquisition targets.
With her global experience spanning the US, Europe, and India, Mandeep speaks intermediate Spanish and German, in addition to being fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
She holds a Masters in Artificial Intelligence from Harvard University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
