Director, AI & Data

Pranav serves as Director of AI & Data at PIP, leading technical architecture, and delivery for the practice. He partners with Private Equity firms and Portfolio Company operators to ship AI and data solutions that translate strategy into measurable outcomes, including analytics platforms and the agentic workflows that automate the work behind them. He joined PIP following the firm’s acquisition of AlphaAdvisors, where he led delivery.

Pranav brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of data, automation, and applied AI. His career has tracked the field’s evolution, from early enterprise automation and Watson-based cognitive workflows, through the disruption of GenAI, to today’s agentic workflows and conversational interfaces reshaping how operators run their businesses.

Prior to AlphaAdvisors, Pranav worked at Deloitte working with fortune 100 companies including the post-merger IT integration of BB&T and SunTrust into Truist Financial, one of the largest U.S. bank mergers. He began his career at IBM in RPA and cognitive automation, where he built a patented solution for triggering virtual workforces through voice commands and the industry’s first bridge connecting mainframe systems to automation platforms.

Pranav holds a Master’s in MIS from the University of Arizona and is based in Düsseldorf, where he anchors PIP’s European presence.
