Phil is a Senior Manager within Advisory & Transformation Services, with extensive experience advising leading organizations on technology value creation, IT optimization, and cloud financial management. He specializes in translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes through cost transparency, enabling enterprises to optimize spend and maximize returns.

Prior to joining Performance Improvement Partners, Phil worked in Technology Strategy and CIO Advisory practices at Accenture and KPMG. Across these roles, he supported large-scale transformation initiatives, operating model redesigns, and technology-enabled cost and performance improvement efforts across multiple industries.

Phil graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
