Position Overview:
The Senior Manager is a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner who leads client engagements across the full lifecycle, from short-term strategy work through longer-term implementations. This role is responsible for driving tangible business and technology outcomes and for becoming a trusted resource to PIP’s Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.
Beyond delivery, the Senior Manager plays an active role in growing the practice — cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across PE sponsors and portfolio companies, identifying new opportunities, and partnering with account leads to scope and shape solutions. The role demands strong executive presence, analytical rigor, and the communication skills to align cross-functional teams and influence senior decision makers.
As the firm continues to grow, the Senior Manager will also contribute to scalable delivery practices and help ensure consistency and quality across engagements.
The Senior Manager will be involved in:
Client Delivery & Leadership
- Lead and oversee consulting engagements
- Be a hands-on practitioner on short-term strategy and longer-term implementation initiatives
- Work directly with client stakeholders to support project execution
- Build strong working relationships across business and technology teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Become a trusted resource for our clients and partners, known for high quality delivery
Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution and team efficiency
- Support development of delivery templates, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance consistency and scalability
Sales & Business Development
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers across PE sponsors and portfolio companies
- Identify and develop new opportunities to expand PIP’s presence and influence within existing Private Equity clients and portfolio ecosystems
- Partner with account managers and engagement leads to scope opportunities, shape solutions, and craft compelling proposals
- Support pre-sales activities through the development of high-quality pitch materials, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating PIP’s end-to-end capabilities and shaping opportunities aligned to client objectives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, and operations strategy roles
- Experience supporting or managing project delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Broad technology acumen across Infrastructure & Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, IT Organization and Governance, and core business applications
- Willingness to travel onsite as needed for client engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience implementing ERP solutions, from a project management and/or configuration perspective
- Experience working across multiple industries
- Experience with end-to-end business process optimization
- Experience working for Private Equity and PE-owned portfolio companies
- Experience working with and designing AI-enabled solutions
