Vice President, People & Operations

Erin serves as PIP’s Vice President of People & Operations, where she leads the firm’s talent, culture, and operational functions. With more than 25 years of experience in operations, project management, and consulting, Erin has worked across a range of industries, has built strong executive relationships, led complex business initiatives, and consistently delivered results that exceed expectations.

Prior to joining PIP, Erin served as Chief of Staff for a national consulting practice within a global technology services organization. In that role, she worked at the intersection of talent, finance, and delivery — overseeing operational reporting, team communications and town halls, budgeting, forecasting, financial management, talent planning, staffing, and performance management. As a former management consultant, Erin brings a strong understanding of the unique needs of client services and delivery teams.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
