Managing Director, Carve-Out & Integration

Brad leads PIP’s Carve-Out & Integration Group, partnering with Private Equity firms, corporate acquirers, and portfolio company leadership teams to plan and execute complex acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and integrations. He brings a business-led, cross-functional approach to transactions—aligning strategy, operations, technology, and organizational priorities to reduce execution risk, accelerate value realization, and deliver sustainable results throughout the investment lifecycle.

Brad has more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, transaction advisory, and capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and led more than 80 transactions across a broad range of industries. His experience spans the full transaction lifecycle, including acquisition strategy, target identification, due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, separation and integration planning, synergy realization, operating model design, and post-close value creation.

Prior to joining PIP, Brad served as a corporate development executive and advised middle-market companies on acquisitions, strategic alternatives, and transaction execution. He previously served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for Paragon Films and has held senior roles in transaction advisory, investment banking, and capital markets firms including EY, Accenture, and Baird. Throughout his career, Brad has worked closely with boards, executive leadership teams, Private Equity sponsors, and business owners to translate transaction strategy into practical execution and measurable business outcomes.

Brad also serves as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve and previously served on active duty as a Naval Flight Officer. His military career includes multiple overseas deployments and senior leadership assignments supporting joint and multinational operations. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
