Finance & Accounting Manager 

Ashley leads accounting operations with a focus on financial reporting, month-end close, process optimization, and operational excellence. She is committed to building scalable accounting processes and delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic business decisions. 

Prior to joining Performance Improvement Partners, Ashley served as an Assistant Controller for a high-growth technology company, where she played a key role in strengthening accounting operations, improving financial processes, and supporting the company’s transition from a private startup to a publicly traded organization. 

Earlier in her career, she worked at a top public accounting firm, where she developed a strong foundation in audit, financial reporting, and client service across a variety of industries. 

Ashley is a Colorado Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
