About Carve and Integrations Group (CIG)

CIG guides organizations through complex carve, divestitures and integrations with precision and minimal disruption. CIG serves mid and lower-mid market PE and PortCos with outcome driven, value-added Carve, Spin, Divestiture, and Integration advisory and execution services.

Position Overview

• Grow the Practice – Support the expansion of the Carve-Out & Integration group across the full deal lifecycle and industries, while introducing innovative approaches to deliver best-in-class Carve & Integration services to clients.
• Business Development – support client pursuits, generate demand, and work to develop new clients and grow business with existing clients
• Practice Development – bring your expertise, ideas and energy to contribute to and define new practice development initiatives
• People development – coach and mentor team members to support achievement of their career goals, and help develop internal knowledge and capabilities among PIP staff and account teams
• Innovate – define and develop new services and new ways to deliver traditional Carve and Integration services
• Think – develop and contribute to thought leadership, industry insight, and client insight publications

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive complex carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, and merger-integration programs across global organizations. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background, deep Carve & Integrations expertise, and the ability to operate seamlessly at both strategic and execution levels.

Qualification & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in client-facing consulting roles or equivalent industry leadership; 5+ years with a graduate degree
• 8+ years in management consulting or equivalent, including business development, solution design, proposal development, and delivery
• Extensive Carve & Integrations expertise with 12+ years in program/change management and execution of post-deal transactions (carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, and integrations), supported by strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Proven track record across the full deal lifecycle: sign-to-close, Day 1 readiness, Day 2 strategy/roadmaps, TSA planning and exit, synergy and cost planning, restructuring, and operating model deployment
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and IT
• Deep expertise in TSA governance and execution, with experience managing steering committees on both buy- and sell-side transactions
• Successful leadership of complex integration programs, focused on synergy realization, footprint rationalization, operating model implementation, and change management
• Experience delivering value to Private Equity firms and portfolio companies, with strong understanding of PE operating models and value creation strategies
• Ability to lead global teams across diverse cultures, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in dynamic environments
