In her role, Carlee is responsible for managing and driving new and existing relationships with private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

Prior to Performance Improvement Partners, Carlee was a project manager and client associate at Third Bridge. At Third Bridge she was responsible for project oversight of primary research for private equity investments, and cultivating client relationships.

Carlee graduated from Furman University with a degree in Business Administration, and Gardner-Webb University with a master’s degree in Business Administration.
