- PE and Management teams sought to enable scalability across multiple field services solutions used in different regions, an under-capable finance platform, and reliance on spreadsheets to manage sales activity.
- The Client’s core technology environment was not equipped to support the investment thesis’s 3x growth objective.
Approach
- Design a Technology Value-Creation Roadmap to identify critical bottlenecks and scalability constraints and build a future state model that positions the Client to meet the 3x growth objective during their hold period.
- Identified industry-relevant solutions for Field Services, ERP, and CRM in one platform, simplifying their complex application landscape and improving EBITDA margin via increased efficiency & simplification.
- Reduced $1M+ of identified cybersecurity and business continuity risk through fractional CISO leadership and risk mitigation activities.

- Built a strategy to simplify & modernize the Technology Landscape across front- and back-office functions
- Designed a Technology Roadmap to unlock 3x revenue growth through increased scalability and efficiency
- Reduced over $1M of calculated enterprise risk within three months of cyber-advisory
- Established the new IT Director with a multi-year technology plan and an IT governance strategy to improve strategic continuity and outcomes from IT
