Jason Gandy is a senior consulting leader with over 28 years experience driving transformational
change across businesses. He has led the delivery of complex merger integrations, large
systems integrations, target operating model design, product launches, technology strategy and
business growth. 

Much of his career he focused on driving modernization, consolidation, improved customer
experience and technology adoption in the Financial Services industry, serving all segments and
sizes from start-up to leading global banks. He has worked across multiple countries and
continents, with clients in North America, Europe, India and Japan.
