The country’s largest IT consulting firm for the private equity sector continues growth momentum by expanding client services on the East and West Coasts
SHELTON, CT — July 14, 2020 — Today Performance Improvement Partners (PIP), an Erie Street Company, which provides value creation services for the private equity sector and their portfolio companies through technology, automation, and security, announced the appointments of Kara Landon to Vice President, Client Services, East Coast, and Bill McCrossan to Vice President, Client Services, West Coast. Serving as a testament to PIP’s recent growth and continued commitment to client centricity, these appointments expand the firm’s capabilities and geographic reach.
As VP of Client Services, East Coast, Landon will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth efforts with a focus on New York, Boston, and Connecticut markets, while also fostering and supporting the growth of PIP’s East Coast client services team. As VP of Client Services, West Coast, McCrossan will be charged with developing and executing the firm’s growth efforts by expanding and deepening strategic client relationships in the west, with a focus on the Bay Area.
In these newly created roles, Landon and McCrossan will serve as bi-coastal counterparts collaborating on growth strategies across the U.S., making their additions integral to PIP’s current momentum and go-forward growth trajectory. Both Landon and McCrossan report to Patrick Donegan, Executive Vice President, Growth & Client Services.

Landon joins PIP with over a decade of experience in operations and business development, having formerly served as Director of Business Development at Efficio, the world’s largest procurement consultancy, where she led business development among the private equity sector across North America. Prior to Efficio, Landon held multiple business development roles, most notably as a member of the private equity team, at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), the leading insights platform.
McCrossan, former Head of Private Equity and Corporate Business Development at M Science, a Jefferies Financial Group Company, joins the firm with ten years of experience leading business development initiatives in the private equity sector. Prior to his role at M Science, McCrossan served as a Senior Manager, Private Equity New Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), the world’s leading business-to-business insights platform, where he co-led business development efforts for the Americas Financial Services division.
