CHICAGO – March 4, 2020 – Erie Street, an independent firm that works with founders and management teams to achieve next-level growth, today announced the appointment of Patrick Donegan as Executive Vice President of Growth and Client Services at Performance Improvement Partners (PIP), an Erie Street company.
In this newly created role, Donegan will be responsible for designing and developing an integrated growth strategy for Performance Improvement Partners by deepening and expanding client relationships and innovating the value of the firm’s offering. Additionally, he will be charged with accelerating business development and leading the client services team. Donegan will report to John Bisack, Founder & President of Performance Improvement Partners and Managing Director, Erie Street.

Prior to joining Performance Improvement Partners, Donegan was Managing Director & Head of Americas Financial Services at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), the leading insights platform. In that role, Donegan led GLG’s largest business unit, serving alternative asset investment managers across the Americas. Previously, he was Managing Director, Private Equity and Venture Capital, where he led the reinvigoration of the unit’s go-to-market strategy, transformed its product architecture and built deep relationships with PE/VC clients and teams, helping to achieve unprecedented revenue growth. Prior to GLG, he served as an Executive Vice President at Symmetry Partners. He also held roles at LRN, MasterCard, and Gartner.
