Matt Houser
DIRECTOR, FINANCE & CONTROLLER
As Controller, Matt oversees the finance and accounting operations for Performance Improvement Partners and brings nearly ten years of experience in M&A financial integration, process improvement, and financial consolidation to PIP and its clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt spent 6 years at SP Plus Corporation, where he was promoted to various roles including his most recent as Manager of Corporate Accounting.
He began his career in the Financial Services Assurance Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), and earned his B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa. Matt is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
