Vice President, People & Culture
In her role as Vice President of People and Culture, Jody is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for PIP, in addition to ensuring all human resources initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
Jody has 15 years of experience working in human resources. Her previous areas of responsibility include performance management, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, policy and procedure, total reward, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining PIP, she was an HR Business Partner at LGIM America where she assisted with the implementation of the HR function for the company.
Jody earned her BBA from Grand Valley State and her MBA from Roosevelt University.
